• Condition C11 - Construction Environmental Management Plan for Demolition Rev O
• Condition 12 (a) - Construction Traffic and Site Access Management Plan for Demolition Rev I
• Condition 12 (b) - Construction Noise and Vibration Management Plan for Demolition Rev G
• Condition 12 (c) - Construction Soil and Waste Management Plan for Demolition Rev C

Stage 4 - Main Terminal Works

• Condition C11 - Construction Environmental Management Plan for Main Terminal Works Rev 8
• Condition C12 (a) - Construction Traffic and Site Access Management Plan for Main Terminal Works Rev 3
• Condition C12 (b) - Construction Noise and Vibration Management Plan for Main Terminal Works Rev 5

The Construction Soil and Waste Management Plan for the Main Terminal Works as required by Condition C12(c) is included within AW Edwards' Construction Environmental Management Plan.

On 22 February 2012, the Director General approved the stage 4 Construction Environment Management Plan as required by Condition C11.

Sydney Ports continues to comply with its obligations under the project approval as identified in the compliance tracking report.

The Minister for Planning’s approval requires independent environmental audits to be undertaken. Outcomes of these audits will be available after construction has commenced.
