Daily Terminal Operational Reports
As part of improved operational transparency, the terminals are currently providing their own daily operational reports, which look at performance from the previous day on areas covering sea activities, terminal and carrier performance.

Industry Trials
The scope of the trials was to collect operational data at Port Botany, with the aim of validating and forming a baseline for the current performance of the two stevedoring terminals and road operators.

Two key measures of rail performance have been identified and published to date:
The Port Botany Rail Team (PBRT) has made significant progress in the area of performance reporting to more fully understand the nature of the rail supply chain.
Sydney Ports will endeavour to further advance the reporting framework in the near term,
in consultation with the PBRT.
