Planning approval and approval documentation

Planning approval was granted by the Minister for Planning under Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 on 5 September 2007. The Department of Planning and Infrastructure (DP&I) approved modifications to the Project Approval under section 75W of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act on 7 October 2008 (MOD1), 30 March 2009 (MOD2) and 27 May 2010 (MOD4). Modification Application 5 was submitted to DP&I in May 2011 and placed on public exhibition from 28 June to 14 July 2011.
