Sydney Ports has prepared a Community Consultation Plan, including a Complaints and Enquiries Procedure to ensure complaints are dealt with adequately. Sydney Ports has established a complaints register to receive, log, track and monitor response to complaints within specified timeframes.
All Contractors working on the project will assist Sydney Ports to implement the consultation plan.
