Part 5 Application Form

When submitting a Part 5 Application to Sydney Ports for approval, a completed Part 5 Application Form will need to be submitted for the development proposal.

Permission to Lodge Application Form

When submitting a Development Application (Part 4) or Development Modification Application (Schedule 6A or Section 96) to Sydney Ports for Permission to Lodge, a completed Permission to Lodge Application Form needs to be submitted for the development proposal.

Harbour Master Approval Form

The written approval of the Harbour Master is required for any proposed works via the Harbour Master Approval Form (whether undertaken in relation to a Sydney Ports facility or not) that will disturb the bed of the port areas of Sydney Harbour and Botany Bay. 

Note: If a Part 5 Application Form or Permission to Lodge Application Form is being completed, then this form does not need to be completed.
