Appointment of New Minister for Ports as New Integrated Transport Authority Revealed
This month saw the appointment of the State’s new Ports Minister while the NSW Government released details on the establishment of a new Integrated Transport Authority.
Trade Update - Port Botany Trade Up 5.7%
Total container trade through Port Botany reached 1.531 million TEUs* for the first three quarters of the financial year (1 July 2010 to 31 March 2011), representing an increase of 5.7% on the same period last year.

Ex-HMAS Adelaide Towed out of Sydney Harbour
On Monday 11 April 2011, the Ex-HMAS Adelaide was towed under police escort from Berth No.2 Glebe Island through Sydney Heads and north to waters off Avoca Beach.
