Government Contract Register

As required by the Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Act 2009 (NSW), Sydney Ports is to maintain a government contract register. This register is to include information on contractual engagements Sydney Ports enters in to, with third parties that are over $150,000.

Sydney Ports’ government contract register is listed below. Information on contracts will remain here for 30 days after execution or until the completion of the contract, whichever is the longer period.
