Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Act 2009 (NSW)
Sydney Ports Corporation is subject to the requirements for disclosure of information as set out in the Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Act 2009 (NSW).
Sydney Ports already provides a broad range of information that may be of interest to members of the public on this website which can be easily located by conducting a search of this site.
If you are unable to locate what you are looking for on this site, it is possible to apply for information held by Sydney Ports via an Access Application. An Access Application is a formal application for information which comes under the GIPA Act.
A $30 application fee is payable at the time of the lodgement of your request.
As required by GIPA, Sydney Ports will review all applications received and will:
- within 5 days determine whether your application is valid and will notify you accordingly
- within 20 days decide whether the information requested is held by Sydney Ports and if part or all of the information will be made available to you.
